Introduction

Mindfulness and Meditation offers a range of courses, workshops and one-to-one tutoring within Hampshire and West Sussex for those seeking some of the many established benefits of mindfulness and meditation.


There are many areas covered in Mindfulness and Meditation training, including stress reduction, pain management, time pressures, anxiety, bereavement, depression, improving work performance, reducing fatigue and boosting wellbeing and energy.

Seán Collins

Principle Practitioner

Seán has been teaching mindfulness since 2011 as part of an employee well-being service for a multinational company.


He gained his teaching qualifications under the instruction of Julian Daizan Skinner, the first Englishman to achieve the status of Zen Master in the Rinzai Zen tradition and has gone on to complete an Advanced Level Meditation Teacher Training, also qualifying as a Meditation Teacher Trainer.


He leads two regular mindfulness practice groups as well as regularly delivering workshops and courses, teaching Mindfulness and Meditation for well-being, traditional Zen Mindfulness and Meditation for personal insight and also offering a number of one day and residential meditation retreats.
